• Choose to discuss geographic, social, technological, economic, or political change, but make sure that you include specific events and people who were connected to the changes that you have identified and dates/time frame. What were the effects/consequences of these changes on individuals, regions, and the nation as a whole?
• Compare and contrast the four frameworks (Strategic Alignment Model, The Amsterdam Information Model, The DAMA-DMBOK Framework including Evolved  and the DMBOK Pyramid noted towards the end of chapter 1. Specifically discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each.
• Discuss five of your observed behaviors. Were they beneficial, detrimental, mixed? What patterns did you see from your antecedents that lead to either positive or negative behavior? How could you conscientiously change your antecedent to limit detrimental behavior?
• Describe the recommendations for methods of identifying employee performance issues. Evaluate alternative methods of employee development.
• Explain what actions you would take as a leader of the organization to help fix the problem(s). Discuss why you believe these actions will fix the problem(s).
