Case study analysis for this case. Your response should be 2-3 pages in length. It should address the following items: Situation summary: give a brief synopsis of the facts of the case. Statement of the central problem: what kind of problem is this? Diagnose the problem in general terms first– communication, morale, motivation, leadership, etc. and then define the problem (s) within the context of the case. Your diagnosis will determine the nature of the recommendations you make to resolve the problems (s).

Describe briefly the Alternatives Available and the possible consequences. Put yourself in the case and be specific about possibilities. Your Choice of Action: which one of the alternatives you developed would you choose as a course of action? Explain your choice and the reason for your decision.
