For your final paper you will write a brief review of the literature on your chosen topic and the research question you have identified based on what you have found in your review.  use the APA style guide.
Consider this kind of a literature review to support research you would like to conduct for your research report. You will need to find 6-10 relevant articles on your topic. Study and analyze those before you summarize the information and prepare for the literature review. Focus on identifying the major concepts and themes and several articles that discuss those; you should also be able to find what are some gaps in the knowledge base – and how your interest/ proposed research topic fits in.
Here’s a guide on how to structure your paper. First explain your topic of interest and why it is important, what you found in the research base on the topic, and finally how you can translate the known research into something you and others can use. Sections should include:
A. Introduction to the topic you are interested in and its importance
B. A literature review of the articles you read and studied.
C. A summary what you learned about your topic and how you can apply it/ use it AND how this knowledge leads to your own research question.
D. A statement of your research question.
Remember to use APA both in-text and the references page at the end of the paper. Your paper should be around 3-5 pages, not including the cover page and the references page.
