Research the internet to find information on project management and the following questions:

1. What is a project and why would somebody need one?

2. What are the knowledge areas of the project management? Briefly discuss each area.

3. What is the triple constraint of a project and how is it related to the success of a project ?

· Use the Internet  to locate academic sources such as textbooks, journals, articles, conference proceedings on Project Management necessary to complete the assignment. The research must be no less than 6 pages excluding the Title page and References. A minimum of eight (8) sources is required.
