– I wanted to add that they’re same questions or similar but it’s a different scenario.

the first one is about jennifer and the second one is about ernest so after we’ve done the A-E assessment and we have to mention what’s out of normal range and what the patients NEWS score is.

But depending on their history and conditions for example COPD their saturation may be 92% but that’s considered normal for that specific patient due to history & condition they have.
